The bidder must physically submit a copy of their necessary PAN card as well as an address proof document, such as a passport, driver's license, voter ID, or Adhaar card, in order to be registered.

The winning bidder will be required to pay relevant GST at 18% on service costs, plus EQUIPVL service charges at 1% to 5% , whichever is greater, on the total value of the bid. Depending on where the auction is being held, the service fees may change. The service charge is non-negotiable and must to be paid with every purchase.
